What is the address?

What is expected timeframe to open?

We are planning a First Quarter 2026 opening. However, we will work with you to develop a specific time line to for your needs.

Does my studio have parking?

YES – There are dedicated parking spots along the building for your customers and clients. There is also dedicated tenant permit parking located in the lot located directly behind the building, as well as ample additional borough parking in the lot behind the building.

What is our PRIVATE LUXURY SUITE ENVIRONMENT like?

Details matter! Our studio suites are high-end and include features such as oversized sliding glass doors with lock, floor-to-ceiling walls to allow you privacy, premium lighting to replicate natural light, individual ventilation in each studio, and more. In addition, you will have access to several common areas that are shared spaces for such things as laundry and break areas.

What are the AMENITIES?

The entire space is anchored by a cool and very spacious lounge reception area for you and your guests to enjoy. Also, you’ll have Wi-Fi, 24/7 access, on-site laundry, high-end fixtures and cabinets, quick-turn repair and maintenance support, and much more in a safe and secure space.

Ed is the founder of RAZRBAR Barbershops — one of our region’s most successful barbershop brands. Miguel is a multi-talented entrepreneur who has founded and grown several successful and leading businesses in the West Chester, Avondale, and Thorndale.
